§ 1 Scope of Application

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The offers in the online shop constitute a non-binding invitation to place orders. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is only concluded upon our express order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline orders without stating reasons.
As our products are manufactured individually and made to measure, we will not commence production until payment has been received in full and the customer has confirmed their measurements.
§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final prices. As we operate as a small business exempt from VAT pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is shown.
Payment is accepted exclusively by bank transfer to the account specified in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred within 7 days of the order confirmation. Production will not begin until full payment has been received.
§ 4 Delivery and Delivery Times
We deliver exclusively within Germany via DHL. Shipping costs amount to €7.69 per order.
For individually manufactured products, the delivery time is generally 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment and confirmation of measurements. For the Wedding Package, the production time is 2-6 months. The exact schedule will be communicated to the customer in advance.
Once the goods have been dispatched, the customer will receive an email containing the DHL tracking number. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We accept no liability for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
§ 5 Measurements and Customer's Duty to Cooperate
As all garments are manufactured individually according to the customer's measurements, the customer is obliged to provide the requested measurements in full and accurately. We expressly point out that errors in the measurements provided may result in fit issues for which we accept no liability.
Should there be any uncertainty regarding measurements, we are happy to assist the customer prior to completing the order.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
For garments manufactured individually according to the customer's measurements and specifications, there is no right of withdrawalpursuant to § 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), as these goods are produced specifically to meet the customer's personal requirements and cannot be resold to third parties once production has commenced.
For jewellery and accessoriesthat are not custom-made, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods applies. The full withdrawal policy and the model withdrawal form are available at https://stylepakkam.com/withdrawal .
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Reimbursement of the purchase price will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction.
§ 7 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 8 Warranty and Liability for Defects
The statutory warranty period of 2 years applies. In the event of defects, the customer should contact us promptly at support@stylepakkam.com providing the order number, a description of the defect, and a photo of the affected item. We reserve the right to offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
A deviation in fit caused by inaccurate measurements provided by the customer shall expressly not be considered a defect.
§ 9 Limitation of Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and only up to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Any further liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
§ 10 Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Dortmund, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
§ 12 Final Provisions
Should any individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. As of: March 2026
