Custom-Made Products
As our products (clothing, outfits, and made-to-measure garments) are manufactured exclusively according to individual customer specifications and measurements, these goods are not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies because the goods:
• are produced according to your personal measurements,
• are tailored to your specific requirements (colour, cut, style), and
• cannot be resold to third parties once production has commenced.
We therefore ask you to carefully check your measurements and details before completing your order. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you before you place your order .
Returns for Jewellery & Accessories
For jewellery and accessories that are not custom-made, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. You may return these products within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
