How do I determine the right size?
So nimmst du deine Maße richtig ab mit dem Maßband.
Damit dein Stück perfekt passt, brauchen wir deine genauen Maße. Mit einem einfachen Schneidermaßband geht das ganz schnell – und du brauchst dafür keine Vorkenntnisse! Hier zeigen wir dir Schritt für Schritt, wie es geht.
Was du brauchst:
• Ein weiches Schneidermaßband (keinen Zollstock!)
• Enge, anliegende Kleidung oder miss direkt auf der Haut
• Am besten eine zweite Person zur Hilfe
So geht’s:
• Umfang messen: Lege das Maßband locker, aber ohne Lücke um die gewünschte Stelle – es sollte weder einschneiden noch schlackern.
• Gerade halten: Das Maßband muss waagerecht und gleichmäßig anliegen, nicht schräg oder verdreht.
• Entspannt stehen: Steh aufrecht, atme normal aus – nicht einziehen!
• Ablesen: Schaue genau auf die Zahl, wo die Null-Markierung und das Ende des Maßbandes sich treffen.
• In Zentimetern angeben: Bitte gib dein Maß immer in cm an, z. B. „Handgelenk: 16 cm”.

How long is the delivery time?
Our garments are made-to-measure. Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–3 weeks after we receive payment. For the Wedding Package, we need 2–6 months, depending on the design. We will provide you with the exact timeline after you book.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Changes can be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@stylepakkam.com. You can edit the following details: name, email address, and shipping information. What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
Please report any damage by email within 14 days of receipt to support@stylepakkam.com Please include your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll find a solution for you right away.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
We will cover the return shipping costs in the event of manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for the costs. For more details, please see our Right of Withdrawal.

Our jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans from Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Kerala, and Jaipur. Each piece is carefully selected to offer you unique and authentic Indian jewelry.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by bank transfer. After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing our bank details and your order number as the payment reference.
