Delivery time
Our garments are made-to-measure. Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–3 weeks after we receive payment. For the Wedding Package, we need 2–6 months, depending on the design. We will provide you with the exact timeline after you book.
Ordering Process & Shipping
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your DHL tracking number. You can use this to check your shipping status at any time at dhl.de nachverfolgen.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
Absence at the time of delivery
If you're not home when the package is delivered, DHL will leave a delivery notice, and you can pick up your package at the nearest DHL branch.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
If your package arrives damaged or the contents do not match your order, please contact us within 14 days at support@stylepakkam.com along with your order number and a photo.
